Bread Thursdays & Fridays.

We make an artisan style peasant bread. It is dense & moist, similar to a sourdough.
Some of our flavours are....
Traditional
Flax
Spicy
Savoury Sweet (date & caramelized onions)
Harvest (sage & dried cranberry)
Coffee Cake (all the flavours & goodies of a coffee cake, in a loaf of bread)
Cheddar Chive
Herb (made with our own homemade pesto)

Soupfest 2011

Come see us at Soupfest at the Holland Marsh Winery.
October 15th from 9:30-4:00. We will have a vendor table as well with our artisan peasant breads and other bakery items.

Simcoe County's first Community Shared Bakery (CSB)

Our CSB program is based on the Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) model. CSA's bring together community members, producers and local businesses in a mutual support based on an annual commitment to one another. You will be supporting our business as well, help to create a sustainable Simcoe County. Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to eat locally.

Feed the ones you love.
